Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery as per our Returns Policy.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at toran1998@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed as per our refund timeline mentioned below.

Cancellation by Toran Art

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Any other reason beyond our control

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed immediately.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Products without original packaging and tags

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at toran1998@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Refund Amount

  • Full refund will be provided for eligible returns
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases where we made an error)
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items missing accessories or parts

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately at toran1998@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item
  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
  4. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the specified timeline:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before refund is posted)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
